Brief Answer:
Nutrition is the issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi all of these reports point to the same problem. Your diet is low in fat soluble vitamins and low in protein while being high in Fats and Sugars. You need to check your diet. Do you eat out alot? I am glad you are exercising and doing Cardio. But diet is just as important.

Let me know what your diet is like and we can see how we can fix this.

13:45 / 14:15 lunch consisting of salad (onion, cucumber), curd, boiled dal and vegetable cooked in little oil

16:30 tea without sugar with one threptin biscuit

18:00 roasted nut (almond or walnut)

19:30 / 20:00 dinner mainly consisting of one chapati , green veg and curd

some days's when its office party pr a colleagues birthday I do indulge in slice of cake or samosa. It may happen once a week.

On sunday's I mostly live on fruits till lunch and may eat out in the evening. I am quite conscious of my eating habits as I have faced Gastro reflux disease in the past and in the current scenario I am interested in knowing the life style changes that I should make.

Brief Answer:
Need to supplement fats and Oils

Detailed Answer:
Hi, by the looks of your diet, I think you are very low on fats and Vitamins. I stringly suggest you approach a good dietician and rework your diet schedule so you get an adequate amount of fat and fat soluble vitamins. fats should be approximately 30% of you diet every day, Just try to avoid saturated fat (animal fat) and transfat (highly saturated vegetable fats)

Take Care,

Vinay
