Question : My follicle measured right -21 mm and left-19 mm on 15th day and got ruptured on 16th day. Yesterday ( 22nd day) I had a pelvic ultrasound , as a part of regular body checkup.
It shows left ovary is filled with fluid, whereas right ovary has multiple small small cysts, because I have PCOS.
Just wanted to know, what can be the reason for left ovary fluid. I am trying to conceive, so curious to know whether such condition is a sign of pregnancy or not.

I understand your concerns.
