Brief Answer:
Your husband has altered lipid profile.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX bansal
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your and your husband's reports in detail.

First let me explain your husband's findings.
He has increased SGPT and GGT and it indicates liver injury. His lipid profile is also deranged.
Increase in SGPT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
In his case,SGPT is most likely increased due to altered lipid profile.
His hemoglobin level is slightly low,he should iron rich vegetarian food.

Increased SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.
He need proper clinical examination.

He need few more investigations like viral markers,Ultrasound of abdomen and prothrombin time (PT).

He should avoid fatty and fried food.He should also avoid red meat and high fat milk products.

For conditions like him, I suggest my patients to take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It help in regeneration of liver cells.
Patient should also take vitamin B complex capsules once daily.

I also suggest to take combination tablet of atorvastatin( 10 mg) and fenofibrate 160 mg, single tablet at night after dinner.

He should avoid alcohol if he take it.

Please get at least ultrasound of abdomen done.Ultrasound of abdomen is important to know the condition of liver.

He should increase his physical activity and go for exercise and walking.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.

Your serum iron level and hemoglobin level is slightly low.You should take iron rich foods. You can take meat ,chicken if your are non-vegetarian and you can also tale green leafy vegetable, dates, jaggery etc.

You should continue same dose of eltroxin.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
