Brief Answer:
not an emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

A pulse rate of 118 and BP of 135/87 could be due to mild increase in sympathetic response. It does not indicate an emergency. There is no need to go to the doctor right away. You can wait for a while. Take rest for a few hours and then recheck the pulse and BP. It should be fine soon.

This is not a medical emergency.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
keep him warm

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

His pulse and BP are not alarming. If he rests well for a few hours, he should be fine.

For the shivering and tired feeling, give him warm soup to drink. Keep him warm with warm clothes.

I do not see a reason to worry here.

Still if you feel there is something that needs to be looked into, you can get him examined by a local doctor.
