What Does This Routine Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question : I just received the results of some routine blood test and some of the results are not within the normal range. Should I be concerned?

ALT 43 IU/L
Iron bind..cap (TIBC) 235 ug/dl
UIBC 115 ug/dl
Vitamin B 12 1201 pg/mL
Ferritin, serum 219 ng/mL
My CBC with differential/platelet everything was normal my metabolic panel was normal Except for the ALT lipid panel was fine, there's no hepatitis.

I eat a high-protein diet, I'm a runner, and I am a weekend drinker which is generally beer and wine. I am a 57-year-old female
