You have provided incomplete report. Of course report is not normal(pus cells and red cells).

To check result is curable or not we need to reach to some diagnosis and for that I need more information.

- What is your age?

- For which symptoms you did this report? Since when symptoms are there?

- Please upload/write down whole report with details.

Brief Answer:
needs repeat testing and further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for information.

In current sperm report details about Sperm shape (morphology) and Sperm movement (motility) are not mentioned. Occasional dead sperms noted but what about sperm count? This report is inconclusive

Presence of pus cells and red cells suggest infection.

I suggest repeat testing in other laboratory with 3 days abstinence and also going for semen culture-sensitivity report.

I also recommend going for scrotum ultrasound to check for testicle anatomy for further evaluation.

Please revert back to me with reports.

Take care.

Hello dr

I got my free TESTOSTERONE report.

FREE TESTOSTERONE, SERUM
TESTOSTERONE, FREE 12.12 pg/mL

IS this normal?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Chintan Solanki (13 hours later)
Brief Answer:
it seems normal but for further clarification we need detail report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed response.

Considering laboratory values this report is within normal limit but on very lower side. To make condition more clear, serum testosterone level - total and free both and Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) level are required.

Please go for the same and give morning-fasting blood sample for the same.

All the best.
