Question : My puss cell is18-20 and aperm count is 5 million can i become father i am 26 years old what medicine should i use? Plz help me .

Thanks for getting back, thank you so much for attaching the report. However I am unable to review them as the photo is incomplete. The lateral half of the report is not taken.

Here are some instructions which will help you conceive

1. Stop smoking. Smoking is known to cause less sperm count
2. Avoid masturbation
3. Wear loose boxer type underwear
4. Avoid keeping hot objects like laptop on your lap
5. If you are overweight please lose weight.
6. Take cold showers
7. Eat nutritious food. I prescribe Vit b complex tablet once daily.

Please re take the photo in total and send again if possible.
