Viscosity Thin
Reaction Alkaline
Liquefaction Time 40 minutes
Sperm count 80 million/ml
Active motility 50%
sluggish motility 10%
non progressive motility 10%
non motil 30%
epithelial cells Nil/HPF
leucocytes 2-4/hpf
eryythrocytes Nil
Morphology Normal 90%
Abnormal 10%
Others Nil
4 tests were done for semen analysis after every two months count increased after every test.
Summary
We have gone to Infertility specialist after 6 months natural try to get conceive. We have been taking medicines to increase the sperm count for men and injections to get rupture (women) and then susten medicines to hold the things in fallopian tubes. Hysterosalpingogram test had also done 4 months back. Now its 13 months of our marriage and all tests recomended by doctor were done including fallopian monitoring of every cycle from last six month. Every tests showed normal results except in a case where Estradiol is 33.13 and proclactin 26.29 on the second day of periods. We had 2 single IUI and no positive results found.
Please suggest what step should we take to proceed further.
My age is 29 years with 90 KG, 6 feet of height
and my wife is 27 years with 75 KG and 5.7 feet of height

You should try another 3 cycles of IUI. You both stand good chance.

About 30 % of couple suffer from unexplained infertility. You are one among them. Hence you should go ahead with treatment rather than searching for cause.
Estradiol is not very low and prolactin is not very high. There is no use of treatment as both are normal.
