Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.
I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Based on the report that you have posted Your semen analysis is well within normal limit.
Low or moderate viscosity is considered normal and flows easily. If the consistency is too thick, the semen has a harder time leaving the reproductive track.
Presence of few W.B.C is is most likely to be due to some inflammation either in seminal vesicles or prostate or urinary tract infection, However it has no significance.
Repeat your semen analysis after a month or so. I would have asked you to avoid any sexual activity that results in ejaculation for 2 to 5 days before this test. This helps to make sure that your sperm count will be at its highest. It also makes the test more reliable.
Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
Take care

1. I want to ask u that should I go for medicine for Pus cell infection ?
2. Does this infection make an effect on my partner also? Should my wife also make a test to check the infection?
3. In my latest report the lab has given normal sperm count range (60-150 m/ml) but mine is only 48 m/ml. Is it all right because in previous report mine was 60 m/ml?
Antibiotic can be taken.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you
The sperm count varies from 20 to 150 million sperm per milliliter. This is fine. Your partner will not be affected by this.
However it has no significance and can be cured by a course of antibiotic like Doxycyclin twice daily for ten days. It's prescription based drug hence I can not prescribe you here without examining you.
I hope that you have got something useful from these and if you have any query I am here to provide you with suggestion and if you don't have any query you can close the question.
Wish you good health and take care.

Now pls advise me that should I go to a doctor for physical check up now or after next semen test...?
Visit doctor for drug prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would suggest you to see doctor for medicines as they are prescription based medicines. And later repeat the semen analysis and review.
Hope you got something useful from this and if you don't have further query, you can rate the answer and closer it.
Take care
