What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Question: I have had a scan and i am ok and what does it mean if my male partner has gone and had a sperm count and has this details below? We are trying to have a baby how do we do it to have a baby for sure?
Color: Milky White
Character: Cloudy
Volume: 2.8 cc
Viscosity: Poor
Motile: 60 percent motile
Non motile: 40 percent
Grade: 3 ‐ forward progressions, good activity with tail movements visualized
Count 47,200,000/ml or 132,160,000 per ejaculate
Morphology: 59% normal, 41% abnormal
We have been trying for a baby for a over 6 months now and no luck.i have gone to a doctor and had a scanned on my fallopian tubes and other stuff but he said it was all ok .my partners results.what is your recommendation on how often should we have sex to be 100% that I can have a baby?

I saw the semen analysis report.
Semen analysis report seems to be normal. This is enough for getting pregnant.
You need to try for 4 days around the time of ovulation (egg release ) in your body. Ovulation can be identified using ovulation prediction kit available over the counter. Try having sexual intercourse for 4 days once you get positive ovulation.
Another option would be to undergo follicular growth scan to know growth of your eggs and best days to try.
Above 2 methods have more chances of pregnancy than trying without anything.

Doctor one more thing Around july or August this year I have spotted some genital warts along my private part and with the advise of the doctor here I bathed with Vinegar.and now I have noticed all the small lumps have disappeared and left with only some small painful on the surface of my genitials.What is the cause for this warts,can I disappear altogether? is it because of that that I cannot get pregnant ?

Warts you had were not a cause for not getting pregnant. Since majority of them have healed it is not a cause to worry as remaining ones also will heal slowly. It is difficult to say why you had them as different warts have different reasons of origin.
