Brief Answer:
Sub-optimal semen analysis report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX. and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
Your semen test should have been after 2-3 days abstinence.
Usually, we opine on semen report, after repeating it, with a weeks gap.
Anyway, the one report shows low sperm concentration, with low motility.
At least 20 million sperms /ml semen, is needed for pregnancy to occur.
A minimum motility( movement),of live normal sperms,should be 50-60%.
In your report, you can see both the parameters, are sub-optimal.
Hope your doubt is cleared.
You should get your blood male hormone levels, and scrotal doppler ultrasound scan done. That will give an idea about any other cause, that needs treatment.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Motility can be improved.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
There're medicines to increase motility, like Clomiphene citrate.
But to advise you properly, i must have an idea of your general health status, with reports of your blood routine test, sugar, creatinine, hormone reports and the scan.
As i mentioned earlier, repeat semen test after gap of minimum one week, and send that report. After comparing both reports, i can give you a better opinion on correct treatment also.
Minimum sperm count of 20 million/ ml semen, is needed for pregnancy.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
