                                    Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity test required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw your reports.
Following is my reply:
1) All parameters are normal. Motility is lower by about 10 percent. Which could probably be due to the semen infection.
2) Please give semen for cuture and sensitivity test.
3) This test identifies the organism responsible for infection and the antibiotic medicne it is sensitive to. You can take the same.
4) Treating semen infection is likely to improve sperm motility too.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards
