thanks a lot doctor.. good to know that my reports are perfectly fine...I had quit smoking 1.5 month back as I understood it impact sperm growth ,but takes alcohol twice a week . can you please suggest some other precautions / lifestyle changes to improve sperm health which will increase changes of pregnancy
