Brief Answer:
No reason for any confusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully share your concern.
I've gone through your reports and shall try to answer all your doubts.
1. Varicocelectomy does help, to increase motility of sperms in about 30-40%.
So surgery is not guaranty for pregnancy.
Best results are seen, in people who get it done, soon after diagnosis of varicocele.
2. Varicocele surgery is now done with laporoscopic technique and is painless.
It can also be done with open technique, but isn't a major surgery.
I will not comment on yoga or ayurvedic treatment, as i've advised it to my patients.
Any Urologist should be able to do this routine surgery.
3. Varicocele surgery doesn't affect sexual health in any way.
4. Gynecologist reports seem to be all normal, according to reports available.
5. If IUI, isn't successful, you should now consider ICSI, or test tube baby treatment.(IVF).
Hope your confusion is cleared.

Brief Answer:
Forget varicocele surgery, if planning I.C.S.I. treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
If you're planning for IV.F.( I.C.S.I.), treatment, you can forget about varicocele surgery.
Cost of I.C.S.I., varies in each hospital, but will exceed 2 lakhs in reputed centres.
The PCOS diagnosis, needs a second opinion, from another gynecologist.
Ayurvedic medicines aren't prescribed by allopathy doctors.
Wish you well.

How many monhts required for I.V.F.( I.C.S.I.) sucessful treatment.

When I suffered by Varicocels in 2008 by injury that time Dr.suggested surgery. BUT after semen analysis DR canceled surgery due to normal Semen analysis.
If I choose Varicocels surgery.which is more accurate surgery treatment??

Any reference or hospital available in XXXXXXX

Varicocels treatment is covered in Mediclaims I.e.Medical insurance??

Brief Answer:
result of open and laporoscopic surgery of varicocele is same.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
If you're planning ICSI treatment, forget varicocele surgery.
It's not indicated any more, as in I.C.S.I.,only a single sperm is needed.
There's no difference between laporoscopic and open surgery results of varicocele.
Medical insurance coverage, you'll need to check with your agent.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
