What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question : Semen analysis:- volume 2ml. Colour opalescent white. PH-7.5, liquification time-30min, total count 60million . Progressive motility 40%, non prog motility 10% immobility-50%. Normal forms 60. Abnormal forms 30. PUS cells-12-15 CH, RBC/HPF- 2-3. This is my husband's report. Want to ask that is it ok or not. What can be done for the PUS cells and other problems related to this semen analysis. Is the problem severe? Thanks in advance !

Hi,

I saw the semen analysis report of your husband.

Semen analysis is perfectly normal. It just has infection which is seen by presence of pus cells.

This cam be easily treated and not a severe problem.

Let him get semen culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.

He can take medicines as per report to cure the infection.

Thank for the reply. I want to know that even if he does not go for any furthur tests/treatment, is it possible to conceive with such kind of semen analysis?
