What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question : my husband has infertility issues and he had a recent semen analysis done last week. The results are found below. My RE doctor said that it is now a possibility that we can try an IUI for this next cycle. According to these recent results, would we have a fighting chance of it working possibly? This would mean the world to us, to be able to have our own biological child together. It is all that we have been praying for!

Volume: 1.3mL
Count: 24 million
Motility: 66%

Semen analysis is excellent. There is nothing to worry about semen.

You have good chances of pregnancy. Go ahead with IUI with good chances.
