I have read you query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your semen analysis is normal except for only infection with high number of pus cells 35-40 hpf.

2) I suggest you give semen for culture and sensitivity test to identify organism causing infection and antibiotics to treat the same.

3) Please let me know semen culture and sensitivity test report so that I can advice you accordingly.
