Brief Answer: XXXXXXX sperm seen in your ejaculate

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You had a sperm, analysis after vasectomy to determine if the procedure worked and to see if all your sperm have emptied from you collecting tubules. You results show you still have sperm in your tubules. You could still get your partner pregnant. You may need have more ejaculations to clear out your sperm. If you still have sperm after 1 month and several ejaculations then your vasectomy failed.

I would recommend repeating your test in 1-2 weeks and see if you sperm counts drop
