Brief Answer:
repeat semen analysis after month

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Usually the volume will be between 2 to 5 ml, in your case it is 10 ml, so we have to rule out any dilution with urine.
Total count and progressive motility is also less it should be more than 39 million/cc and 39% respectively.
2 to 3 pus cells might be due to infection, usually UTI.
I would suggest you to repeat the test after one month and after 3 days of sexual abstinence.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.

Progressive Motility here means sperms that are swimming from one place to another (not just twitching or going in small circles). It is determined using Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis, with digitized images of sperm.

Hope this helps.
Take care
