I have consulted 2 doctors and they said it is normal, one doctor said it is normal but you can take peternia to improve your semen quality for 1 month.

me and my wife went to infertility doctors and they straight away say my wife is 45 and chances are very less, and they say we can go for IVF.

since she conceived 2 times already before marriage, we are hoping it will happen again.

one doctor said defects in my semen is more so i should take another advanced semen analysis test , I am feeling depressed that because of me she is not getting conceived after marriage , please help me improve my sperm quality.

I also do walking for 4 km every day, apart from this no physical activity, professionally I am working in MNC.

About my wife she is getting regular periods even now, hoping god will answer us through any form and reaching you on this.

Brief Answer:
ICSI with PGS required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about infertility.

Your semen analysis is excellent. You don't need any treatment.

It is difficult to have a successful pregnancy at 45 years as there are chromosomal abnormalities in the oocyte and embryo. Hence the resulting baby will have chromosomal defects and is likely to undergo abortion repeatedly as happened twice.

Best option is to undergo IVF / ICSI and PGS ( Preimplantation Genetic Screening). PGS is a process where in abnormal embryo is identified by doing embryo biopsy and tested for chromosomal abnormalities.

Only healthy and disease free embryos cam be transferred after PGS.

I hope your doubt is cleared.

Hello Doctor,

Thanks for your reply, my question here is she aborted it willingly, abortion did not happened, at the time of abortion doctor said it is healthy and growing nicely even thought we did not want that child as we were not married by then.

I strongly feel there is something wrong in me that she is not getting pregnant even after 2 years of marriage, please help

I also took vita ex gold capsules several times during those 2-3 years time to keep good erection before marriage, and even now after marriage I took this capsules several times so is there a chances because of that medicine quality dipped in my semen, I also been diagnosed with high cholesterol on 2015 that is after marriage, no BP, no Sugar
