According to this report alone,the semen analysis is normal.

Chances of having a baby are with divine blessings for all humans.
But,if all other test reports like,hormone profiles and your tube patency test or laporoscopy,if done,are normal,chances are good.
If your partner and you,have no other medical treatment,you stand a good chance.
