Question : Hi Doctor,
Me and my wife are planning family now. She is also 29 years in age. We both are working. As an initial step we went to a local doctor and she suggested her to take Follic Acid and keep trying to concieve. We are trying for 6 months now. She also suggested to get Semen Analysis done for me which I have got done. Request you to please check the report and also suggest is there any action to be taken from our side or we can continue normally.

A couple should try for 1 year before getting anxious.
I have seen the attached report which is normal and thus nothing to worry
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath her buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside her vagina for a longer time.
2) she should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case she has regular cycles.
I hope these measures will help you in conception in near future.
