Question : hi, my semen report.. Volume 2ml , colour - Grayish white , viscosity - normal, ph- Alkaline , sperm count 30 millions/ml , active motile - 75% sluggishly - 15%,non motile - 10% , Normal morphology - 50% , Abnormal - 40% , PUS cells - 2-4 .. Kindly let me know whether it is good sign? .. Please advice .. Note : 1 . age 29 and IT sector Job. 2 . My wife is having Left ovary chocolate cyst .Di-mention 10.3 * 6.2 cm

I have gone through the attached report.

The semen analysis result is normal.

There are few pus cells which indicate milder bacterial infection in the genital tract. This could also be due to urinary tract infection. If you have any symptoms like burning urination, fever, abdominal pain or testicular pain, do get examined by your treating doctor to rule out the same.

Fertility in your case is not an issue.
