Brief Answer:
Hi, I think you may have asthenospermia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I have seen your report. According to the report, count and morphology are within normal limits but motility of sperm is on the lower side. Please get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection.

You can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months after consulting your doctor. You may need antibiotics according to the culture report.

Get a semen analysis done after one month with an abstinence of 3 to 5 days. Pregnancy can be tried naturally for 3 to 6 months. If it doesn't work, you can go for IUI.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query, I will be happy to help.
Regards

Thanks Doctor. Now i am taking Lineator and Vitacod-e. Is this medicine enough to increase motility?

Brief Answer:
Hi, I think it is enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I think these medicines are enough to increase the motility of sperm.

Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done. Even if there is no infection, you can take an antibiotic like Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 10 to 14 days empirically(prescription drug) after consulting your doctor.

Hope it helps.
Regards
