Question : My lmp is17 September my pregnency test is positive on 26october bleeding started scanty then doctor prescribed sonography but in sonography bulky uterus is seen andLscs scar is noted no gestational sac is noted is it pregnancy

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your pregnancy test was positive and you had bleeding most likely it is a missed abortion ( early miscarriage) .
It can only be confirmed by blood beta hcg testing because if urine test was positive it is almost 99% correct.
