What Does This Sperm Analysis Indicate?
Question: Hi
I did a sperm count test and got following result.
Volume 1.5ml
PH 7.6
Viscosity Normal limit
Liquification time 30 min
Total Sperm count 1.2 mil/ml
Active motile 10%
sluggishly motile 20%
Non motile 70%
Morphology 12% abnormal
Eosin : 24% dead
Fructose : Possitive
Other cells: WBC 2-3/HPE and epithelial cell 1-2/HPE
We are looking for a kid and failed.
What I have to do?

Most of the times failure of conception comes from a faulty technique. So please be sure of something simple.
Again , most females assume that ovulation will be on the 14th day. This is not always the case. Since ovum lasts just 1 day this can be a big problem. Use of ovulation kits can help you.
As for the sperm analysis report I recommend following steps.
1. a loss of weight.
2. a low calorie diet ( for both of you)
3. wear loose clothes ( especially undergarments)
4. make sure you don't keep your legs tightly closed when sitting.
5. Avoid oils fats spices
6. daily walks specially swimming help a lot.
