What Does This Sperm Count Indicate?

Question: Hi,
My semen volume is 1 mm and sperm count is 40 million. Can this be a case of infertility?

A semen volume of more than or equal to 1 ml is considered normal and sperm count above 15 million is considered normal . So your values are in normal range .

But other parameters like Sperm shape and sperm motility is very important in determining Fertility.

Sperms concentration 125 million/ml

Motility 66%
Morphology 44%
Motile Sperms concentration 82.5 million/ml

TFSC 59

I am worried about the volume of my semen. Usually my semen volume is 0.5 ml. Please advice can this be a cause of male infertility..?
