What Does This Stool Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: I had surgery for second degree colon cancer 2 years ago, no chemotherapy. My last CT scan (done 2 months ago) on the abdomen and lung was normalMy recent CEA was 1.8 a week ago. For the last three weeks, I've been suffering from watery, explosive, offensive diarrhea with abdominal cramps and gases.
The stool analysis showed loose stools, offensive odour, undigested food ++, pus cells 3-4, RBCs 4-6 and many yeast cells.
What would you recommend me to do? Should I worry and go for colonoscopy. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require only an ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So as the last evaluation was essentially normal, there is no need to worry. Diarrhea can be seen after surgery. You require just an ultrasound of abdomen along with some fluid and antibiotics support. You will be fine ina week time. Colonoscopy is not required if prior to surgery it has been done.
Thanks and regards

Hi Doctor
Thanks for your reply.
Actually the surgery was not recent. It has been done two years ago and the last colonoscopy was done a year ago. I'm afraid of recurrence. I'm also afraid because stool analysis showed RBCs 4-6. Please advice. Thanks

Hi Doctor,
As I told you in my previous email, my stool analysis showed many yeasts. So, will Ofkoxacin work for yeast infection? Or do I need another antibiotic?
