Brief Answer:
Bacterial gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The report suggests bacterial gastrointestinal tract infection. Do not worry. It can be easily managed. Send stool sample for culture and sensitivity. Start emperical antibiotics such as Cefixime for 3 days. Further management will depend upon culture and sensitivity test report. Ensure good hydration by regular breastfeeding or well prepared formula feeds. You may give ORS solutions if frequency is very high. Also, start Zinc supplement such as Syp ZnD or Zinconia and a probiotic such as enterogermina.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
