                                            Question : I have taken a swab test as per the advise from doctor.the result says
Microscopy:- 1-2 pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and gram positive cocci were seen.
Culture:- Alpha haemolytic streptococcus viridians group (normal flora) grown in culture....

You have not mentioned the source of the swab and the reason for getting the test done. However, let me mention that Streptococcus viridans (a type of gram positive cocci) is considered to be normal flora of the oropharyngeal, urogenital, and gastrointestinal microbiota and you need not worry about the same. Moreover, a pus cell count of 1-2/hpf is normal and not a cause for concern.
Overall the report is normal.
