What Does This Thyroid Function Test Result Indicate?

Question : Hi I have recently went for TSH test(Blood test) and after one week the report states that "Please correlate with clinical conditions." what does that mean. can you suggest me symptoms and precautions to take and any other tests.

I have seen your report. Your thyroid function with was ordered is normal.
"Corelate clinically" is written because any diagnosis that is made is on the basis of clinical history , examination and then investigations.
Many a times in many conditions reports are normal but clinically disease is there. So pathologist always write that.
