Brief Answer:
Reports normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I see that you have posted your question to a thyroid specialist. I am a general physician with expertise on thyroid disorder. Therefore I shall choose this opportunity to answer your question.
I have viewed your report. And I don't see abnormal values. Your report is essentially normal.
Having said that, I would like to know the reason for doing this test. Was it done only because you have a family history of thyroid problem or were there any symptoms indicating thyroid abnormality?
Regards

Yes Doctor, reason is family history and few symtoms like my weight gain in last few month, get tired easily
Brief Answer:
Report is normal...
Detailed Answer:
Your report is normal. It is not the reason for weight gain or tiredness. You may want to check your blood sugar. And if your period isn't regular, you should also check for polycystic ovarian disease.
Visit your local physician for further evaluation.
Hope this helps.
