Brief Answer:
start thryoid supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

I have read your thyroid test report. I would like to know if you have any of the following symptoms: fatigue/ somnolence/ irregular menses/ low pulse and BP/ leg swelling/ weight gain.

Your TSH reports suggest that you are suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism.

Whether to start thyroid hormone supplementation or no is a controversial topic. However as per current day evidence based practice, I would recommend you to start low dose thyroid supplementation. The rules of the website do not permit me to prescribe a particular drug. We can then recheck your thyroid levels and TSH after 6 weeks to see the response.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
