                                    Brief Answer:
Increase the dose to 150 mcg if you were regular with medications
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.
Your TSH while on treatment should be less than 4 miu/ml. Your TSH is high (18.2). So if you were taking your 125 mcg dosage regularly in morning empty stomach, you need to increase the dose now. You can take now 150 mcg daily for next 6 weeks and repeat the tests.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.

There is no treatment to reduce antibody
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is no treatment needed to decrease thyroid antibody.
We do thyroid antibodies to know the cause of hypothyroidism. The treatment to decrease anti bodies are steroids ànd immuno suppressants. This treatment will not improve your hypothyroidism. So this treatment is not used in auto immune hypothyroidism. Our treatment is to replace thyroid hormones as thyroxine tablets.
