Question : Hi my TSH is 98 and T3 is 93.80 and T4 is 3.90- TSH is too much high and T4 is low. kindly advise the medicine. I am patient of Thyroid from last 8 years. I was taking thyronorm 100 Mcg but stopped from one month and was taking ayurveda medicine.
Kindly advise what is the case of hypo/ hyper and medicine for the same.

It is severe hypothyroidism

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Please stop the Ayurveda medication and start thyronorm at the same dose.
Please do it as early as possible otherwise it may worsen further .
After starting thyronorm repeat the entire thyroid profile after 15 days.

Thank you doctor. Don't you think the other medicine for Low T4 Level.
If I am taking thyronorm 100 mcg. -don't it let down the T4 Level. Kindly advise further.

No it is compensation for hypothyroidism

Hello again, all the compensation of T3 and T4 levels are due to high TSH levels.
Please start back thyronorm and get the repeat value by 15 days.
