What Does This Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Question : Hi Doctor,
Recently I had my blood checked and found the below reading for Thyroid. Pl advise if the reading is normal else suggest some medicine to start with.

TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A 127 ng/dl
TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 7.6 μg/dl
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C.L.I.A 15.49 μIU/ml

As per your report, you are hypothyroidism and need treatment. thyroxine replacement as per you body weight 1 Mcg per kg per day.

Dear sir, hi !
As suggested tab thyroxine (brands - thyrox, uthyrox, thyronorm , eltroxin ) start with 1 mcg per kg per day. if you are 70 kg , start with 75 mcg tablet.
Take one tablet empty stomach, early morning, every day. Do not eat or drink anything else over the tablet for another 30 minutes.
