Question : Hi.. Am 32 I am suffering with thyroid since one and half year I am using 88 MCG thyronorm according to the recent test result total T3 level is 0.94 and total T4 is 9.60 and TSH is 0.37 according to this results this report how much dose I need to take?? thank you..

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Going by the reports, your hypothyroidism is in control with medication. That means the same dose is to be continued. However, if you can remain in follow up with your doctor you may de-escalate it to 75mcg Thyronorm per day and re-test after a month to see if the levels remain still ok. Such a thing should not be done without the review of your doctor.
