You are having hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your blood reports.
You are having two abnormalities in blood tests.
1. Hypothyroidism
2. Elevated cholesterol
1. Hypothyroidism
Your thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) are low and TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) is high. This is due to decreased functioning of thyroid gland - hypothyroidism. Additional tests that may be needed are ultrasound neck and anti thyroid antibodies to see the cause of hypothyroidism.
You need to be on thyroid hormone replacement
2. Elevated Cholesterol
Your bad cholesterol (LDL) is high and good cholesterol (HDL) is low. This could be due to hypothyroidism. We can start on thyroid hormone replacement and repeat lipid profile after 2 months.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Thanks for your quick response.
I have a good iodine diet which include 2 glass of milk, 2 eggs daily and also good seafood.
Did i missed Anything with diet.
It could be due to Hashimoto's hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Your diet is rich in iodine. We can only prevent iodine deficiency hypothyroidism with diet. The common cause of hypothyroidism is auto immune hypothyroidism ( Hashimoto's). Here thyroid is destroyed by anti thyroid antibodies. Diet/ iodine has no role in the treatment of this condition.
You can do anti thyroid antibodies ( anti thyroid peroxidase and anti thyroglobulin antibodies) in blood. If the levels are high you are having Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.
Hope I have answered your question
