Question : On the 28th of October, an attempt was made to under-take a regular pelvic ultrasound but the sonographer was unable to locate my uterus and for this reason suggested a transvaginal ultrasound be performed instead...
I would like another experienced radiologist to look at the transvaginal ultrasound pictures and advise me as to their thoughts as to the growth of my fetus? At the time of the ultrasound (dated 28th of October) I was either 31 weeks or 25 weeks, this is not clear as the date of conception is not known as my I had two periods before I found out I was pregnant, the dates of the first day of the periods are 31st of March and the 9th of May...
and can my fetus' sex be seen?

Brief Answer:
There are no signs of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There are no signs of pregnancy.
Uterus appears normal and endometrial cavity(where fetus lies)is also empty.
So,there is no question of growth of fetus.
Only one ovary is seen in images and this is normal.

Ok, there is a lump on my left breast that is under the skin, no visual marks seen but the same breast is leaking milk...well was 2 weeks ago when doctor sqeezed nipple together. The lump is rather sore. If I'm not pregnant than why am I producing milk? Do I have breast cancer?

Brief Answer:
Lump in the breast need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Sorry for replying late

Lump in the breast need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
You may need sono-mammography after clinical evaluation.
As lump is sore,it may be due to infection/inflammation.

Production of milk in non pregnant state may be due to pituitary abnormality etc.
You may need MRI brain and hormonal assessment for prolactin level.
