Question : I am 4 week 3 days pregnant with beta hcg of 2048mlU\mL and the transvaginal ultrasound indicates a gestational sac of 3.6mm on the lower uterine cavity. What are the chances of viable pregnacy or is this etopic

But what does gestational sac in lower utrine cavity mean and my doctor has suggested this as an ectopic pregnancy

Inside the uterine cavity near the cervix could be cervical ectopic is what my doctor said ... what r the chances of that from the images
