Brief Answer:
NST should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the ultrasound report.
It states decreased score of biophysical profile, which is an indicator of fetal well being.
When there is decreased score of biophysical profile, then non stress test ( NST) should be done after having adequate meal.
If NST is normal, then there us nothing to worry, however if abnormal, then decision regarding delivery might have to be taken.
You should discuss with your doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (6 hours later)
Brief Answer:
NST is the reading of fetal heart rate

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, if NST is normal, then it needs to be done twice weekly.
However, if any parameter is abnormal, then it should be repeated6-8 hourly.
NST is the reading of fetal heart rate, it's rhythm, and its pattern. It does not take fetal breathing into consideration.
The fetal heart rate should be between 100-160 beats per minute.
