What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi

Iam XXXXXXX iam at 37 weeks 1 Day of Pregnancy as per LMP.

The BPD is Low but HC is normal. Do we need to worry. The Ultrasound parameters are as below XXXXXXX



BPD -- 83.1 MM

HC- 324.3 MM

AC- 336.9 MM

FL - 68.4 mm



EFW 2932 Gms +/- 428 gm



The fetal growth is on 40th centile . HC Growth is on 10th Centile . AC and FL growth is maintained

AFI -15 ; BPP - 8/8

Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. All the fetal parameters are above10 th centile and this is completely normal. Head circumference on 10 th centile is normal, and there is absolutely nothing to worry.
The biophysical profile and estimated fetal weight is also good.
