Ultrasound incomplete
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care questions
I am sorry to hear that your father recently passed away. Since then you have been concerned about abdominal pain right side of your abdomen. Your ultrasound is overall normal but the pancreas was not completely seen. This is fairly normal because the pancreas is hidden deep in the abdomen and if there is gas in the intestines it will obscure the pancreas. A Ct scan would be better imaging for the pancreas but if your blood work for pancreatitis is normal then it would be very unlikely that you have any issues with your pancreas.
If you are still having pain then see your medical provider and you may need the CT scan to be fully sure that nothing is going on.
I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any further questions
