Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your history and reports and before giving my opinion about it I would like to ask a few questions from you.
Are you having any vaginal bleeding?
Where is the pain situated?
Is this your first pregnancy?
Any burning in urination?
When you had your ultrasound done?
Are you taking any medication.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
It is due to round ligament stretching pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for a very long delay in my response.
If you have no bleeding, it is most likely due to stretching pain of round ligaments.
It is usually more common in first pregnancy.
As you are having vomiting it can be due to morning sickness or pain and vomiting can be due to stomach upset.
As you are not having any symptom of UTI,fever can be due to pain also.
Sorry for the inconvenience but medicines are not showing in your previous discussion.
So if your pain persist after taking pregnancy safe pain killer and if it is associated with vomiting and fever, you should get your ultrasound scan and get yourself examined by a Gynecologist to rule out the cause.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
Regards
