Brief Answer:
Pregnancy possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your reports thoroughly
I really understand your concerns.

Dear Madam, The fertility rates with PCOD are less because there is problem in ovulation. But its not impossible to conceive. So, do not worry.

I think your doctor must be talking about the treatment of this condition. There may not be permanent cure but pregnancy is possible.

You should start with the treatment.
Drugs like metformin, clomiphene and progesterone will help to normalize your periods and help you to ovulate. Thus you would be able to conceive.

Also, eat green vegetables, go for exercises and keep your weight under control.

Regarding pelvic inflammatory disease, it is curable with antibiotics.
Discuss about this with your doctor.

I wish you luck.
Feel free to ask further if you have more queries.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Eat Green vegetables and fruits, ibuprofen for pain relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

PCOD usually causes weight gain. I think low weight is not due to this problem.

You should take a good protein rich diet, eat more of green vegetables and fruits. It's better to avoid fatty and junk food.

Yes you can join gym but avoid weight lifting.

Back pain can be due to PID. White discharge is normally present in many females. If there is foul smell and itching with discharge, then you can consult your doctor to rule out infection.

For pain relief, you can take ibuprofen.

Do not worry. The more you will stress yourself, the more problem will increase.

I wish you good health.
Take care.
