What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: I have endometria fluid detected by an ultrasound. They are going to do another test to determine, but I am concerned. My doctor said not to worry, but, of course, I am worried. What does this fluid mean?

Presence of a small amount of fluid in the endometrial cavity can be due to a local infection in the area. If there is no bleeding or discharge from the vagina then the fluid id likely to be mild. This can be a harmless reactive discharge.
