What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: my first day of my LMP was October 27, 2015, I had sex on November 10th and November 27th. I took a home pregnancy test on December 3rd and was positive. I had an ultrasound that measured 5 weeks on December 11, 2015 and an ultrasound that measured 9 weeks on January 5th, 2016. my due date is august 10th. I am currently 25 weeks today. can you tell me for sure 100 % which day my baby was conceived?

Thanks for the query to HCM,

You conceived your child during sex on NOVEMBER 10TH as you were in your fertile period , so the date of conception can be either 12/13th of November . It takes at least 24-36 hrs to fertilize the egg post intercourse.
