Brief Answer:
Serial USG monitoring. Watch for painless, causeless bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1)First of all do not panic.

2)The condition that you are mentioning is termed as PLACENTA PREVIA, meaning placenta lying ahead of the baby. I would like to know duration of pregnancy at Level 1 scan.
I will suggest you to monitor location of placenta on USG at 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 and 30 weeks scan.

3) In many cases as the pregnancy progresses , placental site goes away from opening of the womb due to passive stretching of the lower segment of uterus.

4) I will suggest to continue with your medical line of treatment. Please keep watch on any painless, causeless bleeding.Even if placental location does not change till term, baby can be delivered safely by doing C section.
Otherwise , as such this condition does not cause any other risk to growth and development of the baby.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
