Question : according to the usg report the impression is hetrogenous liver parenchyma and prominent mesenteric lymph node. Patient's name - XXXXXXX sarkar . age - 4yrs 3 months

I have gone through the detail and by ultrasound report only it is really difficult to find out the cause.
The heterogenous liver with enlarge mesenteric lymph node can be seen in a number of condition and the most common cause is infection(hepatitis).
