Question : Hello Dr,
In ultrasound report "placenta is posterior grade 0 covering internal os".... It is 12th week, could you please confirm can we do flight journey of 2 hours. Is it safe, please suggest. If you need the report then please let me know.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
Any form of travelling is not recommended with placenta previa complete at 12 weeks. This undue stress may lead to sudden bleeding and possible miscarriage. She should ideally be on bed rest.
